Plain-language terms describing how BookDriveSlot.in actually works. This is a starting point, not a substitute for legal review before you rely on it.
What BookDriveSlot is
BookDriveSlot.in is a free scheduling layer between car buyers and local dealerships — we don't sell vehicles, and we don't charge you anything to book a test drive or download a brochure.
Booking a test drive
Submitting a request isn't a guaranteed slot — it's sent to the relevant dealership, who confirms it, proposes a different time, or declines it based on their own availability. We ask for your RC and driving licence so the dealer can verify you're eligible to test drive the vehicle; providing false or altered documents may result in your account being blocked from future bookings.
No-shows
If you can't make a confirmed slot, please let the dealer know as early as you can. Repeated no-shows may result in your phone number being restricted from booking further test drives.
Dealer conduct
Dealers on BookDriveSlot agree to honor confirmed bookings in good faith. If a dealer repeatedly fails to do so, or a discrepancy is confirmed between what a dealer reported and what actually happened, we may restrict or remove that dealer from the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
